Progress in Chaos
The pace of our days varies a lot. There are super busy days, some rather slow and some seem dangerously slow. Wait, what?
I tell you why. Those are the days we embark on the very much needed self-introspection journey and ultimately question our existence. You will be bombarded with thoughts like ‘The real reason why you are on earth’ and ‘What is that big contribution expected out of you for this world?’ and many other nonsensical things which might seem absolutely idiotic. But alas we have to survive such days. After all, we had such high hopes for ourselves. I guess this doesn’t apply to the many that have sorted things out and are already in the right direction. Let’s just appreciate the fact that they are in already in a happy space.
But on our super busy days, we have lesser of such thoughts. At the end of the day, instead of questioning your self-worth or hopelessly watching motivational videos to draw inspiration, you will be a happy person. Instead of pouring self-criticism all over, you peacefully fall into a good night’s sleep. Is it because you don’t have the time for any kind of self-reflection after a hectic day? Now mind you, by super busy I don’t mean those days when you are stuck with totally hopeless tasks but those days when you are balancing your work/studies with a lot of other things, which you find rewarding. You feel extremely satisfied even though you had to do multi-tasking and felt none of the tasks was perfect to the ‘T’?
CHAOS is the order of nature. Look around the myriad things around you which beautifully blend together. All we have to do is take those baby steps towards betterment in areas where we wish to improve and find the magic that happens. Thus, by making ourselves available for experimenting each day, we progress and once we strike a balance we prosper.
Nice observation. Well done, way to go
